I know that this was taken a while ago, but as you know, we have not had much sun the last little while and I have not been able to retake one that I like better. Headed out of town to meet up my kids and grandkids for the weekend for an Easter service at a church halfway between all of our homes.
@wannabe OK, I have the most hilarious story to tell you about this photo. I used it on a Christmas card that year. I used black cardstock and them put the photo on the front...inside I used the verse John 3:16. My husband's name is John by the way. So I sent them off...one of them went to the family of a student we hosted from Japan...they speak very little English and don't know the Bible. A month later...here came a sympathy card! I didn't know what to think about...untl we laid down to sleep and it hit me! They thought my husband died! on March 16! John 3:16 We laughed so hard...but the next day I made a call over to let them know he was alive and well and did my best to explain it through an interpreter friend.
