I tried something new while at the beach...there is a whale bone sculpture by the beach house we stayed in. My grandkids and I went out after dark to take some blue hour shots and then decided this would be a great place to try painting with my flash light. We had a lot of fun playing with it. This is my grand daughter.
oh cool! I want to try this...I guess you can do it alone if you have a tripod, right? I don't have a pretty locale to do it at my house though...and if I go somewhere, I need to get a buddy to go with me for safety! This is just so cool!
@ellimae@sabine@espyetta@grannysue@buttercup it was so fun! i put the camera on bulb, used my remote for about 12 seconds while I had them slowly move around...the first few tries were just a blur because they were moving too fast to record it. While they moved I flashed the light around to different areas. I think that next time I will not use it as much while they are moving, maybe these have too much light. I have seen it done on the beach with them flashing the light on a rock in front of the waves at night...it is really cool, but we ran out of time....I will try again...my grandson had a dark shirt on and the shots of him were really hard to see him in
