Jamming

I am really picky about my housekeeping. Every thing has its place...but when it comes to cooking, I am so messy! My husband gets home from work and knows what I have cooked by what is all over me. Last night I made raspberry jam. I was going to clean it up before I took the picture, but decided to give you an as is shot..actually as WAS shot, it is sparkling clean again...until I cook tonight, that is. Raspberry jam is my favorite...especially right after it is first made. I had warm jam on bread last night before I went to bed.

The final product was worth the mess, Vicki! LOVE the pov and the "drips!" I am just like you ... picky housekeeper, but I'm a messy cook. I don't know how I manage to make the messes that I do .... but, I do. You jam looks wonderful .... I would love some on a slice of home-made bread! Oops....there goes another messy kitchen. LOL
