With Hospice now on board, my husband felt it was OK to take a couple days out of town to revive himself after the past month of caring for his brother. So nice to get away a bit and preparing for the next phase of this process. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.

It sounds like you truly need the time to breath and prepare. It's a heavy burden you bear out of love, but it is also good to keep up your own strength and replenish from time to time.
