Overflowing Rhein

Photo taken under the rain during a walk along the overflowing Rhein river near Düsseldorf. I saw this spot while crossing the Rhein river on my way to Mönschengladbach (for a visit to the Abteiberg museum) (see a photo in my "other" album"), and stopped on my way back to take a few photos (see a second photo in my "challenge" album).
