Thanks for your comments! For the reflection, I used glossy blue paper (for the ground and the background... and you can see the "default" in the link between the two glossy paper).
I avoid direct light o (to avoid reflection), and used a very slow shutter speed (i actually fixed the ISO to 200 and Apperture to 22, and let the camera select the shurtter speed -> 3s)
