The top photos were to the west of the island early afternoon. Bottom left to the south and bottom right to the west of the island later in the afternoon.
Hayling Island is 4miles wide along the beach which is the widest point.
It has been extremely windy today. The gusts this morning were just above 40mph and this afternoon 53mph. A short walk took twice as long and very invigorating.
