This is probably a third of the starlings flocking at the Inspection Head Wharf. I have spotted them a couple of times in the past months, it's amazing how many get there. I nearly had all of them on the powerlines but the passing traffic kept spooking them off. That blue sky is good to see after all the rain we have had this week

Starlings sure do fill up the sky- and yes they seem to be very skittish as well. Nice capture. (Can't stand the birds though!)
