Wow! I've never seen one of these close up. (I thought that was a tail for a moment.) Are they common--just wandering around the neighborhood-- or did you have to really go out and look for one?
@houser934 We live out in a farming area, you come across them occasionally crossing the road. Other than that you don't usually come across them here. I wanted to capture it's eyes before it run away or rolled up that's why I took it on this angle. I was lucky that it sat still for me
