Lavender Honey?

I am wondering what lavender honey must taste like. I do like the single flower honeys with their unique flavours especially Orange blossom and also Chestnut .

I am told it that is tastes more like lavender than honey. I like the smell of lavender but I don't think I'd like the taste of it. Good shot!
