A Weird One.

Seen at the garden centre Anthurium lily is one of the plants in the NASA Clean Air Study as effective in removing formaldehyde, xylene, toluene, and ammonia from the air. The Anthurium is also known as Painted Tongue, Flamingo Flower, or Tail flower.

My shots of anthurium always turn out rather indelicate! I am glad to know the info about clean air as I have a beautiful large, bright-red flowering one in the lounge.
