I sat in the garden for a short while this afternoon but it wasn't very warm with the cloudy grey sky. After a busy day shopping and dining yesterday with my friend who I have now known for over seventy years I took things easy today. I have started to be able to slowly walk about again with my pusher all down to my new injections I think but aching a lot today. It was lovely to walk and look around shops again after all this time in a wheelchair.
