I have a pair of Dunnocks in my garden and they seem to spend all their time in a bush near my window. It is wonderful to hear them singing and chirping away to each other all day. This one came down when my patio door was open and didn't fly away as I used my camera as they usually do.
What a lovely photo, Wendy! I don't know this bird, but it looks so sweet. (I just pulled up a recording of its song- the internet is amazing- lovely!)
