Thankyou for your lovely comments and Fav.s I am not 100% at the moment and once again getting behind I am finding it difficult to walk and sit at the computer due to a painful hip and leg and back and the medication is making me drop off to sleep as soon as I rest. No miracle cures.
@quietpurplehaze Thank you Hazel for your kind words. The doctor I saw last week told me to see what the physiotherapist thought was the wrong this week at todays appointment but she said I need to go back to the doctors. Hopefully I will get an appointment tomorrow.
It could be a small consolation to you that the older I've got, the better my back has got....................I still use a TENS machine sometimes and occasionally paracetamol. Swimming helps me too. All the best at your appointment.
