August word -Puddle.
I love the way the rain forms small puddles in the flowers.
I have not been very active on 365 this week as I am having a few stress problems and claustrophobia if any one out there suffers from agoraphobia you will now how I am feeling with claustrophobia.After a visit to the doctors I am feeling a little better.
Hopefully you had a helpful dr. There are a few folk here who have similar problems which emerge in chat over the years. Believe me I know what you're talking about on many levels. Gladly after many years I just about have things under control, only these things have a habit of coming back when least expected.Remembering you have just lost your dad and I had a similar experience last year when mum died....these feelings can be connected. I wish you luck and peace Wendy. Oh and I love the oseto puddle.
Cherrill is right- a lot of our emotions are connected to loss but it may not seem like they are at first. Even though it's been several years since my father died, I still have days when I just feel low for no apparent reason and don't feel like doing anything. So I understand the extreme feelings you're experiencing. I'm glad the doctor was able to help. I often find great comfort in Scripture too- especially the Psalms. You'll be in my prayers.
