Taken with Nikon D850 using Focus shift. Natural light, with macro 105mm lens.
For anyone interested, I used focus width 3, 50 images all at f22. This was the fourth attempt.
Approximately 1:1, not cropped. Post processing included sharpening, and tidying the black background
