English

We've crossed over these railroad tracks for years. Always wondered why the sign said "English". Did a little research today...there used to be a Depot Station here years ago. First named Summit because it was the highest point in the rail line along the Puget Sound - The name later changed to English which was named after the English Logging Company.
Love knowing a little bit of the history in your area as well as great photo with the LINES.
