My grandson was playing soccer with another boy and apparently they fell and the other boy landed on his thumb. They weren't sure if it was broken or just sprained. By the time we saw him, he had a splint on to protect it but he was outside playing catch with the neighbor kids. The Dr called while we were there and fortunately it was a minor sprain!! Praise God! (he's already taken the splint off!!)
