August has been designated National Beach Month and since we couldn't go to the beach on this last day of August, I'm posting a picture of some of my favorite pieces of beach glass from Lake Erie. We have spent many happy hours looking for glass, skipping stones, jumping in the waves, and riding bikes at the beach. If you are really quiet you can hear the seagulls and smell the air . . .
