This is my favorite summer pasta salad lunch. Even though we had a snow day from school (and it was only about 19 degrees outside), it was really sunny, so the sun room (where I was sewing) was really warm and I started craving some roasted peppers and mozzarella. Later I realized that Someone had turned the heat up to 85 degrees inside.
