Every summer we go on at least one long out-of-townish bike ride. Today we went on the Corry Greenway Trail with my sister and her family and one of my brothers and his family. We rode almost to the New York line, which was very exciting for my youngest niece. This trail is known for its wildflowers . . . and there were lots! I never get the name of this plant right . . . it may be the pink wild bean or the butterfly pea. My son Jack said this might have been the best ride we've taken so far. (Up until my near wipeout, in which I ended up in the woods, I may have agreed with him . . . haha!) Afterwards, as always, we got ice cream. This time at a fun place called TJ's, where the "baby" cones are huge. (Wish I'd gotten a picture of that!)
