My classroom is really tiny . . . maybe 8 x 8 feet . . . and 99.999% of it is a dead zone. Completely by accident I discovered that if I put the phone in this exact location I could send and receive texts. While I should have been doing something else (like lesson plans or data collecting), I decided to tape it off so I could find it again. For some reason it reminds me of crime scene tape.
Our office also has dead zones. I share with another teacher, and I have the window and exterior door, so I have fewer dead zones. Her side is bigger and she has more storage.
