Next week is Dr Seuss week at school. All the teachers are supposed to make a little poster showing which Dr. Seuss book they'll be reading to their kids. Spent 30 minutes making this instead of working on lesson plans and data collection. I'm starting to think I have ADD.
Sometimes being creative prior to lesson planning produces the best lessons. Read Across America day is this week, but I fear it will be swallowed up by PARCC preparations.
