The boys helped with grocery shopping so we had time for a walk at the Occoquan Bay Wildlife Refuge while waiting for the brine to cool down. I don't know what this is . . . too skinny for a milkweed pod. Also a bald eagle and three wild turkeys. Kind of ironic about the turkeys -- we don't see them often in the suburbs. Hope they hide!
