good thing we located the pierogies

Having our own private peach-perch-pierogi festival (even though the perch is tilapia and we forgot the peaches).

I've lead a sheltered life. Never had a pierogi. On the bucket list.

@margonaut Oh you haven't lived until you've had pierogis. Although I suggest getting them in a Polish neighborhood -- maybe in Pittsburgh or Cleveland. We have them plain with peppers and onions, but on the Food Network I saw a food truck selling "loaded" pierogis with peppers, onions, melted cheese, sour cream, and bacon -- that's on my bucket list!
