Her name is Daisy. My daughter really likes dogs in sweaters -- and this was a teeny dog in a big sweater, so as the owner walked by I asked if I could take a picture . . . a second later he asked if I wanted to hold her, deposited her in my arms, and took off, saying "great, now I can get some work done. I don't think I've ever held a dog before.
@margonaut We don't have any pets (much to my daughter's and son's dismay!) and my brothers' dogs have been a German shepherd, a vizsla, and a St. Bernard -- too big to hold!
