Was at a meeting outside of school all day today. My classroom doesn't have any windows, so the best part was getting to leave the building and eat lunch outside. I rolled down my window on the way to lunch and heard this little bird singing. Then, instead of eating while I write lesson plans and answer emails, I ate lunch while Reading A Quilting Magazine. I felt like a real grown-up.
