After fours hours of highway and turnpike driving, we were completely stopped for 35 minutes before the tunnel. I was able to take a quick catnap and knit a few rows on my scarf. A guy from a few cars back jogged by and came back 12 minutes later with potato chips. Good times . . . although maybe not “160 miles of happy motoring.”
