@margonaut oh that’s a great idea! I’ve been trying to figure out what to do with it and just now while I was going through my feed I was also watching Nadiya‘a Kitchen on Netflix and she mixed lemon marmalade with bread crumbs, dill, and garlic paste, put it on top of haddock and baked it in the oven. It looked delicious. I’m also thinking of making lemon hand pies with it.
