This is probably not a big deal for most people, but I sort of don’t like eggs, so I’ve never made them before. I had to text a picture to my friend Melissa to check if I’d made them right, but now I feel like I’m one step closer to becoming a grownup. Not in eating them, mind you, just in making them, and only to add to fried rice where their taste would be obliterated by soy sauce and sesame oil. Should I add that it’s also my first time making fried rice? It was a lot of growing for one night.
You have led quite a sheltered life! Good Lord, I can't imagine living without scrambled eggs. But they MUST have cheese added in (spicy cheese if you have it), and MUST be served on crispy toast. Plus, I don't see any pepper in there, gotta have a good bit of salt and pepper. And if you happen to be at Waffle House, a side of hash browns (with ketchup) is necessary.
