A kindergartner saw the cut-out versions of these and wanted to know why the animals didn’t have bodies. I told her I didn’t know how to draw bodies and she replied, “yeah, you’re really not good at this.” Had to keep reminding myself of the quote I received in my email yesterday.
Oh my... kids are fun! I was teaching art classes after school, carrying in bags of supplies, when a second-grader asked me if I was homeless 😝 I like your honesty, tho - I can’t draw animal bodies either!!
@studiouno haha! Thank you! On the first day of school, this same kid told me, “My mom says we’re moving so I can go to a better school than this one.” She’s definitely a firecracker.
smart ass kindergartner. Needs social skills training. I think these are adorable. I'm imagining the cow's head with the sweater and pants, hat on the pig's head, and chicken with mittens.
@margonaut Well, you got the chicken with mittens right! The hat goes with the sheep, the pants go with the pig, the scarf with the horse, and the turtleneck with the cow. And . . . She’s definitely a smart ass who need social skills training. Thanks for saying what I couldn’t!
