Love this kid. He has a few challenges but it only took him two library periods to finish the puzzle. He was so excited. The week before he would not leave my side while I was helping kids find books. Then, a few minutes after he checked out his book, he threw it across the table because he didn’t like the way I said “hot dog” when I read the title (“The Pigeon Wants a Hot Dog”). Then he hugged me. It’s a roller coaster.
@margonaut Ahh, yes! “The Pigeon Wants a Hot Dog” is a very sought after book by Mo Willems. Also the author of “The Pigeon Wants a Puppy,” “Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus” and “Don’t Let the Pigeon Stay Up Late.”
