We had a fantastic holiday though with very limited internet access so here goes with the catch up.....
Tonight we went to the Anika Bali Cooking Class. It was both interesting & informative & certainly worth it. Can't wait to try to source the ingredients at home so I can recreate the dishes, especially the Nasi Goreng...would have to be my favourite, or maybe my favourite is the Satay's...hmmm too difficult, I guess I'll have to make them both :)
