Ok so he's no beagle, you see about 10 years ago my husband & I discussed getting another dog as our poor old girl wasn't going to be with us for much longer. We decided that we wanted a beagle. Hubby went back to work & I got called by my neighbour...there were 2 puppies at the local markets, they were shut in a tiny cage with no water & were very undernourished! So off went my sister & I to the rescue, hence we never got our beagle & 10 years later Jack is still just a big puppy & such an important part of our family. He's so very hard to get a photo of because as soon as you crouch down with the camera he's straight over to you for a fuss, somehow I managed to sneak this one in as he jumped back into his bed.
What a sweet, loyal looking face. I know what you mean about trying to get a photo when they are so loving and attentive. Great work. Lovely story too about his rescue.
