river art

I spent a lovely day with my sister today...a little bit of shopping & then lunch down by the river.
It was a perfect autumn day.

@cally thanks for your comment, they are very interesting...all were carved from the wooden pylons of the old bridge that once crossed the river, in the background there are more pylons carved with other things depicting the areas wildlife & history & yes the day was lovely :)
