I just shot an M&M cake the other day using kit kats, and she spread nutella around the edge to hold the candy. It was beautiful, and I love the alternating colors, and the ribbon. Great touch!
@welcometocarolworld I have done one with kit kats before too but this time I didn't have any to hand but did have lots of Tim Tam's in the fridge. I use chocolate frosting all over to hold everything in place but the ribbon helps too :)
