hubby away at work & daughter away for the weekend, but my darling son still made it special for me with this amazing yummy omelet for breakfast before I had to take him to work for the day...spent the rest of the day with my mum & sister followed by my kids buying take away Thai for dinner 'coz I've been under the weather & not up to going out.
