I only pass it in the morning on my way to work. As it is in the middle of the city, I assume it is functional otherwise the parking fee will be horrendous. it was very early in the morning.

this is a really beautifully composed shot - great placement of the boat and POV. Again I love the limited range of colour! Very serene!
