Grateful Me or Bird? by yaorenliu

Grateful Me or Bird?

I read a few weeks ago about the meaning of ETSOOI in 365 project. Today is the day I need to “Editing The Sorry-ness Out Of It” as most of my shots are flat boring. Most of my photos are SOOC as I don’t have proper software.
Well I learnt something today. And your shots are not boring at all! This bird looks like he's also suffering from the cold weather we've been having.

Nice shot Yao! There are several on-line sites that offer free processing for your pictures- Ribbet, BeFunky, and iPIccy are a few. You do have to sign up, but there is no charge. Check them out when you can- that's what I use.

The colours are perfect and love the dark of the bird against the bright background :)

To begin with I though you should have used some in-fill flash (birds and animals don't seem to mind so much), but now I think it is perfect as it is....well done!

PS Your camera will have come with software of its own...probably it has some manipulation controls with it.

Great composition. The blocks of color in the background are wonderful.
