Those workers look like they're in a dangerous position. I'm sure it's perfectly safe though. This shot is awesome - I like the contrast between the rough steel and concrete against the smooth shiny glass of the building windows.

At first I thought it was a very modern sculpture! Then looking closer, I could see what you were capturing here. Makes a great contrast to the building behind it.

I really like the juxtaposition of the building being demolished and the high rise glass buildings behind it. It's a great contrast and really makes you look twice.
