@deniseescovino I am so sorry to hear it. Do you meditate, it is quite useful for healing the migraine. When you feel the sign of it coming, you attune to yourself and then mindfully saying “please go away”. It sounds farfetched, but it works. I meditate every day, only just for 5 mins, I feel recharged
