Distraction and Distortion

While my lecturer projected a brain and tried to show that mindfulness meditation makes the grey matter grow. I just cannot stop thinking cauliflower. Our brain resembles so much the cauliflower!
Well it does as you have shown here! I wonder if I should eat more cauliflower! I like the blue tips!

Yao, you just killed my appetite for cauliflower!! But I would say this spinal column is not really full of brainy matter! Neat capture!

Fascinating! I loved reading how you thought through to come to this image.

I read somewhere that foods resembling brains are good for your brain. Cauliflower is especially good roasted with a bit of olive oil, then sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

Now I respect cauliflower more! :) If our brain will be more cauliflower looking veas it mean that we become smarter? :) It's really striking how you are ironical about the meditation effect. Or I imagined it.

Well, I do like cauliflower, so if it is true that foods that resemble the brain are good for the brain, yippee! I like broccoli too! @alicias That sounds delicious!!

This shot definitely lives up to your wonderful creativity!

....or were you just hungry during the lecture. Interesting that you bisected the cauliflower vs the entire head of cauliflower. I'm sure that says something.

I thought it was a slice of cauliflower! Nice shot!

@ksyu I am not cynical at all, in the contrary, I am a delicate believer and have been meditated for years and have firsthand experience with its power.

This is a somewhat eerie looking cauliflower...

I wonder the picture if you were hungry for marshmallows instead of your cauliflower recipe...;).....a fascinating pic and topic of discussion...too bad ths site isn't good for further cross examination of meditation....

@ianrm I thought you are going to cross examine my brain. Gak!
