Yesterday, a lady in New Zealand rushed to her work at the hospital and forgot her baby in her car..............Don't judge too soon........when she remembered, the 18 months baby died with heat exhaustion, She screamed and collapsed in pain.
Apparently, our brain is not wired perfectly and this can happen to any of us when we are under pressure. It is so heart broken, the road in front of her is going to be so hard to move.
Nice to see here, the father and baby are well protected and hydrated.
It is actually quite amazing how the support has gathered. Initially thinking its one of our darker women who wasn't thinking, and then knowing that it is a European lady holding down a top job, one takes another think! Frankly, I could never do that!
Sad indeed. It is so easy to be distracted by the pressures of work particularly for those in very demanding jobs. The woman must be totally devastated.
Really sad. I work at a hospital, and just the other day I heard the screams from a mother in the ER whose baby just died (respiratory problems), and the primordial squalls coming from her were sounds that I never want to hear again. (although that is about the third time I heard those cries and they always sound the same and they are always terrible).
Good person shot. Yes, I have heard of this. Under stress people just forget things and don't think clearly. Many people leave babies in the driveway, or on top of the car. It happens.
So sorry to hear about the baby. I'm sure the family is heartbroken. Your photo is a happy one, though and it is good to see a Dad taking the child for a walk.
I love your shot of this man and his baby.
This is a great candid
