A second too late

What a shame, I only need a second earlier for a better composition.

In New Zealand, bike helmet is a must by law. He is on the foot path, I guess he is not going to be troubled by police

In Switzerland it's not obligatory, and I think it's stupid : I've seen a terrible accident with a man on a bike without his helmet...and I'm still traumatized!
