To be honest, I hate these youngsters with tattoos especially those that cover all their skin with tattoo. However, it is the call of nowadays. She must be very hot blooded not to feel cold (if it is cold) dressed like that.

I think her tattoo has some meaning and I like to see them on people. I can't comment about your weather, it is summer here and this morning it was cold and raining.
