This pic is exactly where I think a serial killer wood hide his victims. It is SOOC When I took my April 1st pic of the grand stairway in Cleveland's Old Arcade I noticed one of the round decorative discs was missing on the stair risers and you could see light from the other side so I got down on my hands and knees to look and Yikes! (It's just storage space)
