Italian Sausage

Now these are a tradition! Growing up we rarely ate food like this, but every year my parents would go to the fair and order a sausage sandwich.

When I was a younger we always went to the County Fair. I don't even know if they have them any more--here it seems like everyone expects you to pay just to get in the gate. Thanks for the memory trigger!!!
