Gorgeous day to take a walk in the afternoon. Passed by this wonderful apartment building with Art Deco detail. My question is this: Why can't renovations be done to keep the integrity of the building? Shaking my head at the awful replacement windows and awning. I wish I could buy this building and take it back to its original glory.
