I went out back and sat with Bud and Lucy today. I couldn't get them off my mind ever since I started working on our newsletter. The bush overlooking their spot had just one red berry left on it. I wonder why it wasn't eaten? Maybe the birds were saving it for them?
I love the DOF. Yes, the newsletter goes over the year in review and Lucy was a sad loss last year. If Lucy couldn't stay any longer with you, I am hoping Bud and Lucy are frolicking together again.
