On June 27, I decided to start watching my carbs. I am finding it requires more planning and shopping. Quick visits to the grocery store aren't very quick. The place is too big and I have to sort through so much just to find what I want.
Instead I went to The Fresh Market. It's right by my house and easy to run in and grab a few things. They have the best bags of all the markets I've been too. Theirs have a plastic bottom that tucks in when you fold it up. There's three designs and today I bought the third one I didn't have. Makes my bi-weekly shopping visits so much easier with pretty bags.
